- Operation and tour prices are subject to the conditions of the contractors providing transportations and services.
- Konkar tour is not responsible for accidents, loss,detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from same, quarantine, strikes, force majeure, failure of steamers or motors to arrive and depart as scheduled, disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, and other causes over which we have no control
- Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made by us where
deemed advisable for the comfort and wellbeing of the passengers. Baggage is at "owner's risk" throughout the tour.
